tree tattoo?

ok i kinda want a tattoo of a leafless tree branches wrapped around my arm and all that. I think that is enough, not much meaning behind it .. I'm getting a Celtic tree of life that makes sense because the IM, but I'm not Irish. Why do some people get tattoos of the trees? Is it okay to get so she just looked cool?
