Where can I get a custom aquarium?

I live in San Diego, CA. iv thought about building my own tank, and it seems like a nuisance. tank I need something special requirements depending on where I put the aquarium. Local places I tried plastic and they all say no because of liability. Is there a good place on the net where I can give my dimensoins and at least give me? I do not forget to mention this is a smaller tank will likely only have about 25-30 liters.
